I went out to the mailbox today, and found a letter from the city of Anderson. This is what it said, “Dir Sir or Madam: The City of Anderson Building and Codes Department has recently received a complaint and noted a violation of:

Please find the enclosed summons and appear in court. Blah blah blah blah…

APPEAR IN COURT? Apparently, I have to appear in court, and bring a $30 processing fee for not practicing weed control and keeping my weeds below the alloted 10″ inside the city limits. I have to pay $30 and appear in court because one of my neighbors is too lazy to walk their fat ass over to my front door and ask me to cut the grass. Why didn’t they just leave a flaming dog turd on the doorstep with a little note that said, “Welcome to the neighborhood…asshole!”
The last time I paid $30 for weed, I was at a Dead Show. Thanks alot, neighbor!
