This morning I got up and wobbled across the street to the ABC Store, and wrangled up a raw breakfast. They actually had a really nice produce section. So, I picked up fresh apricots, a papaya, pineapple, and a small pack of macadamia nuts for a lovely fruit salad.
I ate it overlooking the construction at the Ilikai and the Pacific Ocean. Then I went back to bed. Funny how everytime I get a day away from Beckett, sleep is my first priority. I’m up now that it’s mid-afternoon, and I’m having my first cup of coffee. I’ll be heading out to Mililani later for an Ozawa birthday celebration.
Tomorrow is the Manoa Farmers Market, so I’ll be up bright and early picking up a few things for this week. I can’t wait to see the Thai basil. Oh, how I have missed thee.
