Beckett picked a bucket of apples from the tree in our backyard and asked me to make applesauce. When the applesauce turned out green (Um. The apples are green!), he turned up his nose and wouldn’t eat it.
So, I am sneaking them into cookies. Everybody loves cookies.

I made my first green smoothie this morning in the Vitamix 5200 that the AMAZING community over at Raw Fu sent me. I am going to use this as my before picture for this challenge.
I have named him Andre, since he is a gentle giant, and since my green smoothies will now OBEY. He is my new boyfriend. Move over, Basil, because Andre is sleeping is riding shotgun! I’m not going anywhere without Andre. Long live, Andre!

This past week was pirate week at summer camp, and Beckett was so excited about bringing home his pirate patch on Friday. After I saw him in it, I understood what all the fuss was about.
